Wool Our knitting wool is also made from the fine lustre wool of our pedigree Cotswold sheep. The wool is undyed so that its lustre and softness is retained; also the neutral colour enables your creations to be worn without conflicting with other colours. Please click on the photograph below to enlarge the image. We are able to supply Aran and Double Knit wool in approx 200g hanks or 50g balls, along with Lace Weight wool also in 50g balls. All are washed and ready to use. Sliver (carded wool) for spinning or felting is available in 1/2kg bags.
